Yvonne Yap
Founder
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Masters in Child and Adolescent PsychologyYvonne Yap works with children, adolescent and adults with autism, intellectual disability, behavioral disorder and related disorders. She began working in 2006 with individuals diagnosed with the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
She graduated with her Master's Degree in Arts in Child and Adolescent Psychology with an emphasis in Family Systems at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2012. Prior to this she completed her bachelors studies at Bemidji State University (Minnesota) in Psychology in 2008.
Yvonne also completed the Applied Behavior Analysis Advanced Series with Florida Institute of Technology along with 1500 clinical supervised hours followed by gaining the BCBA certification in 2015.
She has worked effectively with individuals in clinics, schools, adult day programs and in-home based settings.

Hina Meghani
Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA)
Masters in Applied Behavior AnalysisHina is a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) and holds a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She has 8 years of experience working with children aged 2 to 5 years old with ASD, ADHD and other developmental delays. She has worked in variety of settings like clinic, schools, nurseries and home based.
Her area of expertise is applying skill acquisition plans and behavior reduction plans. She is really passionate about working with children of different abilities and exploring various learning opportunities. She loves to celebrate children’s individuality and works towards acceptance and inclusion.

Priya
Speech and Language Pathologist
Priya is a dedicated and highly skilled pediatric speech therapist with over five years of experience helping children overcome speech, language, and feeding challenges. Licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Priya combines her expertise with compassion to provide individualized care to each child and their families.
She is certified in Oral Placement Therapy (OPT), specializing in managing oral and feeding issues, and has extensive training in Gestalt Language Processing (GLP) to support children with diverse communication needs. Additionally, Priya is certified in the Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) process through AVAZ, enabling her to assist non-verbal children in finding their voice through technology.
Priya is passionate about creating engaging, child-centered therapy plans that foster growth, confidence, and independence in communication and feeding. Her goal is to empower children to achieve their full potential while providing guidance and support to their families.

Krishendu.P.K.
Speech and Language Pathologist
Masters in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (MASLP)
Krishnendu has completed her Masters from JSS institute of Speech and Hearing, Mysuru University
in the year 2019. Since then, she is experienced in supporting children with a language disorder such
as ASD, intellectual disability, Isolated language disorders and Speech sound disorder, Stuttering,
Apraxia and more.
She has attended many workshops and certification to continue to advance her knowledge. She also
has expertise in feeding therapy as well. She also carries on OPT for speech clarity, professionally
trained in Alternative and Augmentative Communication through AVAZ , Gestalt Language
Acquisition Therapy and also she holds certificate in dysphagia therapy.
She is experienced in creating individualized treatment plans for kids who is in need of speech and
language therapy. She is also experienced in working at school setups.

Anna Praveen
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Master's in Clinical PsychologyAnna has more than 5 years of Professional experience in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis as well as Clinical Psychology.
A strong background in both individual and group therapy has made her adept at assessments, interventions, evaluation, and ABA techniques. She has experience supporting individuals and their families across the age group of 2- 18 years old. Anna specializes in early intervention and child development.
She has also worked in autism centers, clinics, homes and schools which broadened her clinical knowledge in a variety of settings for generalisation.

Sania Muhammad
Behavior Therapist
Bachelors in Psychology with Counseling SkillsSania has 5 years of experience working with neurodivergent children. She has experience in ABA sessions in different schools with transition classrooms, and centers with children aged 02 – 16 years old with Autism and other related disorders. She has worked with children with intellectual disabilities, ADHD, OCD, and other behavioral challenges in American School of Creative Science Nad Al Sheba and Al Ittihad Private School, and was also the Inclusivity Champion at Mawaheb.
Sania graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Middlesex University Dubai. She is well-versed in Behavior Analytic Skills and Psychology and has won several accolades, including the first prize in the Student Research Conference at her university. She is also certified from John Hopkins University in providing Psychological First Aid.

Mia Hayek
Behavior Therapist
Mia is a Psychology graduate with a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavioral skills, built through intensive research and hands-on experience gained during her internships. She has actively worked with children on programs focused on improving communication, social skills, and daily living tasks, using evidence-based ABA techniques.
Throughout her academic journey, she has developed a deep understanding of how to support and enhance the development of children with diverse needs.Mia is particularly passionate about working with children and their families, striving to improve their quality of life through scientifically proven approaches. She applies her expertise to promote measurable improvements in children's developmental outcomes.
Mia is driven by a dedication to fostering positive change, helping children achieve their full potential through interventions tailored to each child's unique needs in a structured, supportive environment.
